Just came back from
Pangkor island. Think I’m a shade darker despite the large amount of
sunblock I applied on my skin. My face is definitely redder. Hehe.
Had a really fun time there. Stayed in a chalet at Teluk Dalam…a cove
located ten minutes from town. Had to take a taxi whenever we wanted to
get anywhere as the roads were really hilly. Don’t think cycling is
even possible in that area. Was really excited whenever we spotted a
hornbill. Mum and bro weren’t interested though.

Stayed
there for 3 days and 2 nights. Went snorkelling on the second day. It
wasn’t really snorkelling. We had the equipments minus the oxigen tank
since the water was at most two meters deep. The fishes were simply
lovely!!! I enjoyed swimming among
above them. Had on a life jacket. Everyone looked kinda funny with
their heads in the water and their jackets floating on the surface.
There were corals and sea cucumbers on the sea bed. As I was in the
water, different schools of fishes would swim past. The most common
ones were those blue and yellow ones with black stripes. And then there
was this one big bright purple fish with spots of yellow green and blue
and red!!! It was so colourful and…bright!!! ‘Twas lovely!!! Couldn’t find it again no matter how hard I searched. But that moment was wonderful…til…I spotted a big jellyfish near my feet.
Gathering all my strength, I hurriedly swam to shore. Was the fastest
I’d swam!!! Thank God I had been looking out for jellyfish when I was
in the water. Didn’t want to be stung by one. I can’t remember  being
so extra careful the last time I had been there with my batchmates
though. Guess ’twas because I had spotted two of them before
snorkelling that day.

Playing
pool was fun too!!! My brother and I formed a team against my parents.
They laughed at me as I aimed with my head almost upside down. Hehe.
Maybe that was because of writing method…with the book slanted 90
degrees. But hey…my aiming was quite accurate you know… Kekeke. Was
amusing as the guys ( brother and dad ) teased each other about
winning. Beats me why guys have so much ego. ‘Twas just a game… Haha.
We kids won on the first night and had a tie on the second. Hahaha.

Dad dropped us at the mall when we reached Penang ‘coz he had to get some stuff done. And so, me and my mum went shopping!!! While my brother went off on his own. Bought a white dress. Am so happy~
